No. Any organization that receives a County Council Grant must disclose those funds on their tax filings. Even if your total income is under $50,000, you are required to file an IRS Form 990-EZ or Form 990. Filing a 990-N (e-Postcard) is not permitted when County Council Grant funds are part of your income.

This application module is only for organizations that have been approved for a Non-Departmental Grant, and they did not submit a Letter of Consideration through the Grants Management System. If you submitted an FY 2026 Letter of Consideration, do not submit an application under this grant program.

• You will receive a system generated email regarding your application submission.
• The Grants Coordinator assigns it to a Grants Analyst for review.
• If additional information is needed, the Analyst will contact you directly.
• Please allow 4–6 weeks for review and processing.
